Volunteer as a Session Moderator at COE’s 2025 Annual Conference
COE’s 2025 Annual Conference is fast approaching, and we need your help! We are seeking 200 dedicated volunteers to serve as session moderators, ensuring smooth and engaging discussions throughout the event. Our goal is to secure at least 20 volunteers from each of the 10 regions, and we’d love for you to be part of this important effort. As a moderator, you will have the opportunity to introduce speakers, facilitate Q&A, and contribute to the success of COE’s premier gathering of college access and success professionals. Whether you’re a seasoned TRIO leader or a first-time attendee, this is a great way to get involved, connect with experts, and make an impact.

Refund Policy
Please note that registration fees are refundable minus a processing charge of $350 for general conference registration and $50 for the pre-conference sessions. Refunds will be remitted via the original payment method after the conference if written notice of cancellation is received on or before Monday, August 12, 2024.
